Michelle Browne (MSc Agricultural Economics)Senior Scientist
Michelle joined the INR in 2017 as an environmental economist. She has a Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics (cum laude) and is studying towards a Doctorate in Environmental and Natural Resource Economics. Michelle has previous work experience as a consultant in assessing, monitoring and managing environmental issues surrounding water resources, as well as project management. Her research experience has involved multiple projects investigating the society-economic-environment interface. Michelle aims to continue exploring and developing economic concepts and methods in managing the risks of, and finding solutions to, environmental challenges in both the public and private sector.
