Lethu joined INR in March 2020, whilst doing her Masters in Agriculture (Food Security) at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. It was such an honor for her to be accepted in this organisation as it has always been her dream to work at the INR. She had the opportunity to be exposed to real life projects and work hand in hand with traditional authorities. Furthermore, this has enhanced her practical experience by allowing her to interlink her undergraduate degree; Geography and Environmental Management with her Post-graduate degree. Without a doubt the exposure to vast projects and themes will equip her with skills beneficial as a stepping stone for her career. She is extremely grateful to embark on such a valuable journey.
