Nolwazi Ndimande | Intern

Nolwazi joined the INR in March 2020 as an intern whilst also completing her MSc with the University of KwaZulu- Natal. Her Masters research project is on biodiversity offsets and aims to investigate how the existing policy and regulatory landscape in South Africa has influenced the efficacy of applied offset practice to date. The project also seeks to explore options for improving the implementation of offsets as a key tool within environmental management. Through this internship programme, she hopes to gain exposure to the environmental field and real-life work environment.
